Marsha Ray has been an educator for more than 4 decades. Her professional life first began in the U.S. in secondary schools. After a move to Paris, France, she taught at the American School of Paris and later at Liceo Scientifico di Tradate, near Milan, Italy. Upon returning to the States in l990, Marsha became a full time adjunct English professor at DePaul University, Chicago, where she also was co-director of the University’s International Studies Office.
She is fluent in Italian and French and believes her 17 years in Europe and her positions at DePaul, speak well of her ability to bring an informed and unique voice to her role as both a gap year advisor and as an educational counselor.
